Refund policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required. Photos of the item is required. To start a return, please contact us with your order number, a photo of the item, and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. The customer (you) will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping fees.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or alternative product, please reach out to us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
